The house partly contains a cellar under the ground. The house contains a gabled roof.
VILARO Family Winery, Velké Bílovice

This thesis describes the design of a project Family Winery VILARO in Velké Bílovice. It consists of two objects. The first is a guesthouse with a restaurant and the second is a production building with a tasting room. The guesthouse is submitted in the stage of building design. Production facility, a winery, is discussed further as the implementation project. The winery is located in a slightly sloped terrain. It has one partially cellared ground floor. The roof is atypical, one part is sloped triple-coated shed roof, second part is flat with stabilizing layer. The support systém mainly consists of brick blocks, ferroconcrete walls, ferroconcrete boards, ferroconcrete beam ceiling and prestressed concrete ceiling panels Spiroll. The project assumes using of typical building materials.

The master’s thesis deals project documentation of building of the municipal office in Jablonné nad Orlicí. The office will also serve small villages near. The house is irregular shape. It have one underground floor and two overground floors. The underground floor is only under part of house, so the house is partial basement. Part of first floor is open garage for 7 employee car. The object is roofed by sloping hipped roof with a slope of 15° from wood trusses. The house is brick and have contact insulation system. The anticipated number of employees of municipal office is 24. The building is located on flat land in centre of town in existing buildings in cadastral Jablonné nad Orlicí.
Wooden-based Detached House

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a project of a new detached house on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with gabled roof. The structure system of the basement part is made up of permanet shuttering and the above-groud part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of village Vendryně. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.
Family house

The subject of my thesis is the design of a family house for a five-piece family level documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement with two floors. All floors are flush and don't subside, the roof is designed as a gabled roof. Structural system consists of basement formwork and the above-ground part consists of ceramic walls with integrated insulation. Proposal for a house respects the local plan of Kratochvilka. Furthermore emphasis is placed on dispozition solution including the provision of desing to the static, architektural, energy savings and safety in the use of building.

It is supposed to be three overground storeys in the house and the building should be designed as partly cellared. The building will be thermally insulated. The construction of the roof will be saddle. The platform will be untraditionally shaped.
